Non Availability : If the ordered product is out of stock and Allegiance Ltd is unable to deliver the product, a complete refund will be made to the customer. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc caused due to the non delivery and non availability.

Delivery Time: Please allow 28 days for your frame/order to be delivered, in most cases it will be delivered within a few working days, however all framing is made to order. If you are in desperate need of an urgent frame, feel free to call, and we will try and help you out.

Postage Method: Most items are sent Royal Mail 1st class, overseas orders are always by airmail. Larger framing orders on the UK Mainland are usually sent by courier.

100% Refund Policy: We offer a 100% refund policy if you are not completely happy with your purchase, just return the item to us within 14 days. Let us know by email/phone, and we will advise the best way to ensure your full money is refunded including your return postage.
